BEST MONTH OF THE YEAR

This family simply LOVES February. It is our favorite month! We are booked all month with Groundhog's Day celebrations, Chinese New Year, Lincoln's BDAY, Black History Month, Valentine's Day, President's Day, B's BDAY!!, paid Holidays, extra vacation days, and of course last, but certainly not least...Z'S FIRST BIRTHDAY!

We are celebrating the birthdays at Serendipity 3 in Las Vegas this year, so that Z can see her Meme and we might get a babysitter for an hour, or two. We are excited! Vegas is a popular destination when you live in Colorado, so we are pretty familiar with its sights and sounds, but this will be a whole new world from the eyes of Littles! We are hoping that she enjoys this so we can plan more getaways in the months ahead. Neither of us have been back to Vegas for "fun" since we moved to California and are excited to see the changes. And super excited for FRRROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE!

Here is a quick video for Hon. Auntie Sara and Uncle Jason. She is dancing, but she wouldn't "stand" for it, and every time the flip comes on she freezes. This was taken in HD, can anyone tell the difference?



Z's vocabulary is growing and it is fun to guess what she is saying and doing. When you get it right, she makes a scrunched up happy face. Yesterday she did her first solo Downward Facing Dog! Her current list of words consists of Momma, Poppa, shoe, eyes, pretty, good and go. It is so much fun!
