The greatest month of the year is over, we are exhausted. Here are a few of the highlights:

Let's start with video of walking and talking! Z has lots of new  words like Tickle Tickle and has decided to turn into a Full Time Walker two days before her birthday. She saw the ground in Vegas and decided NOT to crawl on it, we think. Smart girl.

To celebrate B & Z's birthdays, we started by having a small party at our local bowling alley, followed by cake at our place. What a great time they had! Z stayed up until 1 am (HOURS after everyone left) and they both slept in the next day! What a great birthday!

Z had her 2nd BDAY celebration at Serendipity 3, as promised, and we were able to spend some quality time with family. The great news is that the FRRROZEN Hot Chocolate IS all that and the food was actually pretty good! We had the best time in Vegas and Z LOVES the bright lights. She didn't want to leave!

We stayed at the Palazzo, which is the largest LEED certified building. Although I have my criticisms (the casino doesn't count in the rating, for one), we were THRILLED to have the finishes in the room made with low VOC finishes and Green Label Plus carpet. We loved our room, and recommend the Palazzo if you are staying in Vegas. Too bad they don't give discounts to LEED AP's!

Z's actual BDAY was understated, we stayed home ALL DAY. We took the day off, lazed around, reminisced about our favorite day ever and took her to her favorite place. THE PARK!
